10. Japanese Language Web Page Creation Service
We use Jimdo to create web pages for personal businesses that cater to Japanese audiences. This service is suitable for businesses such as restaurants, English language schools, cafes, and nurseries. You can send us the English content, and we will create a website with Japanese translations. Note that you'll need a Google account under your business name before making a request.
We might not be able to provide advanced design or functionality. In some cases, we may decline your request at the consultation stage, so please be aware of this.
The Fee
As an example, the basic fee for up to three pages is ¥250,000, with an additional ¥10,000 for each extra page. To add YouTube videos, it's ¥5,000 per video. Updating the text (including translations) on pages created here costs ¥3,000 per page. After you provide the information, we'll create the first page as a trial for free. If it meets your expectations, we'll proceed with further work. If it doesn't meet your desired quality, we won't charge you, and we'll delete the content.
After the trial, before commencing further work, you'll need to make a down payment equal to half of the basic fee, which is ¥125,000. Once we receive the payment, we'll start the remaining work. The remaining payment of ¥125,000 is due upon completion of the work, provided there are no necessary revisions. If the remaining payment isn't made within one week after the work's completion, we will consider it an abandonment of the project, and the website will be deleted. Please strictly adhere to the remaining payment date.
Service Usage Agreement
You are allowed up to three changes or revisions with your provided information, so please ensure the information is as accurate as possible. If there are excessive changes or revisions, we may cancel the contract, and in such cases, the down payment won't be refunded.
We will communicate progress updates at least once a week, and the entire process typically takes about one month. If the website cannot be uploaded or displayed properly one month after the agreed-upon start date, we will require a 10% surcharge on the down payment (excluding issues related to Jimdo, Google, etc.), and the contract will be canceled.
By applying for this service, you are automatically considered to have agreed to the above terms.
Information Needed for Production
All communications related to the production process will be documented through email for reference.
1. Create a Google account for your business in advance. It is recommended to use a combination of your location, business name, keywords, and domain name. Keywords and domain names are crucial, so choose them carefully.
2. Provide hand-drawn sketches that indicate the placement of text and images on each page, along with the theme color. The more accurate the information you provide, the better the quality, and speed of the finished product.
3. Describe the characteristics of your business in a concise introductory paragraph, similar to the black text in the images.
4. Provide images of your products, menu, or services and specify where they should be placed based on your hand-drawn sketches.
5. If you want to embed YouTube videos, please upload them via your own Google account. We will embed the videos using the provided URL. The cost for each video embedding is ¥5,000.
Application and Inquiry
At the time of your application or inquiry, we assume that you have agreed to all of the following terms:
- Please choose the number 10 as the desired service and make sure to provide a valid email address where we can reach you.
- Our specialized staff will determine if we can accept your request from the message received, and we will respond within 2 days.
- If we can accommodate your request, we will send you payment instructions from Japan B.
- The estimated response time is within 1 week from the date of payment. Please note that this is not from the date of your contact. While it may take up to 1 week, we will try to respond as soon as possible. Depending on the timing, there may be cases where we keep you waiting due to other matters. Please understand in advance.
After our response, if 48 hours have passed and there has been no further communication, we will consider the request canceled.
