3. Pre-Translation of Restaurant Menu For Diners
When a restaurant doesn't have an English-translated menu, and you're unsure about the ingredients or dishes they offer, you can use this service. This is especially helpful when the restaurant does not have a menu online that you can easily as Google to translate for you. Sometimes the menu is like the format in the picture to the left, making it hard to read. Even if you can read it and make out the kanji, you may still not understand what the dishes look like. This is the service for those situations.
The Fee
We offer menu translations from the restaurant's website or your pictures for up to 50 food items at ¥3000, 50 drink items at ¥1000, and 50 dessert items at ¥1000.
Application and Inquiry
At the time of your application or inquiry, we assume that you have agreed to all of the following terms:
- Please choose the number 3 as the desired service and make sure to provide a valid email address where we can reach you.
- Our specialized staff will determine if we can accept your request from the message received, and we will respond within 2 days.
- If we can accommodate your request, we will send you payment instructions from Japan B.
- The estimated response time is within 1 week from the date of payment. Please note that this is not from the date of your contact. While it may take up to 1 week, we will try to respond as soon as possible. Depending on the timing, there may be cases where we keep you waiting due to other matters. Please understand in advance.
After our response, if 48 hours have passed and there has been no further communication, we will consider the request canceled.
To avoid any misunderstandings, the exchange of requests will be conducted via email only.
