8. Reservation and Inquiry Management
This service is designed for those who find it challenging to make reservations or inquiries in Japanese. How many of you have wanted to join a dance class, ikebana school, or judo dojo, but are not sure how to make a request to find out more information? Some Japanese businesses and services offer contact points, but cases where the representatives speak English are extremely rare. Conducting business transactions in broken Japanese can sometimes lead to difficulties. We provide Japanese translation responses for reservation requests and inquiry texts via email (replies will be sent to the requester, sending will be the requester's responsibility).
The Fee
This service costs ¥1000 for one message (up to 1000 characters).
Please note that we cannot assist with inquiries involving human lives, matters that may violate Japanese law, or cases involving large sums of money. Phone inquiries, lasting less than 10 minutes, cost ¥2000. However, we cannot handle inquiries that are expected to require phone calls lasting longer than 10 minutes, inquiries involving human lives, matters that may violate Japanese law, queries directed to governmental authorities, or cases involving significant.

Please be aware that in the same cases, if additional communication is required, it will incur a separate charge, so please carefully review your inquiry and get in touch to obtain the desired response in a single round of communication. Refunds will not be provided even if there is no response from the other party in email communications. We may not be able to accommodate urgent requests, so please contact us at least one day in advance.
At the time of your application or inquiry, we assume that you have agreed to all of the following terms:
- Please choose the number 8 as the desired service and make sure to provide a valid email address where we can reach you.
- Our specialized staff will determine if we can accept your request from the message received, and we will respond within 2 days.
- If we can accommodate your request, we will send you payment instructions from Japan B.
- The estimated response time is within 1 week from the date of payment. Please note that this is not from the date of your contact. While it may take up to 1 week, we will try to respond as soon as possible. Depending on the timing, there may be cases where we keep you waiting due to other matters. Please understand in advance.
After our response, if 48 hours have passed and there has been no further communication, we will consider the request canceled.
To avoid any misunderstandings, the exchange of requests will be conducted via email only.
